Social Psychology and Authoritarianism: The Contributions of Milgram & Zimbard

Dr. Jean Rosenfeld, Ph.D., an historian of religion and religious violence will discuss "The Contributions of Milgram and Zimbardo to an Understanding of Perceptibly Evil Events in Recent History." Dr. Rosenfeld is currently researching applications of Social Psychology studies of obedience, conformity, and extremism to better understand specific events in the current turn towards Authoritarianism. The talk is free and open to the public.
